Each luxury chalet has an open plan lounge with a fireplace, a fan and a private balcony. It comes equipped with a minibar and the private bathroom has a sunken bath that overlooks the plains.
Dining at the lodge can be enjoyed on the main deck, in the dining room or under the stars around the fire. Speciality boma barbecues are also available on request.
Trained and experienced field guides take guests out into the reserve in an open 4x4 vehicle twice a day including morning coffee and muffins and sundowner stops. A small library is available for those who would like to relax with a book.
Sun City Resort, which includes sporting and recreational activities, can be found within 10.9 km. Pilanesberg International Airport is 24 km from the property.

- Minimum two-night stay on weekends.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in time is between 13h00 - 13h30
- Check-out is by 11h00 on day of departure. Any late departures can be arranged and will be based on availability.
- Later check-ins are not a problem, but to avoid being treated as a "no show" guests must please advise us so that necessary arrangements can be made.
CANCELLATION:
All cancellations must be done in writing by an e-mail. If a booking is cancelled, the following costs will apply
Should a booking be cancelled, the following portion of the deposit paid, may be retained:
- If cancelled 40 days before arrival date 10% of total price will be charged.
- If cancelled 7-39 days before arrival date 50% of total price will be charged.
- A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for guaranteed reservations that fail to arrive or bookings cancelled within 5 days of arrival
PREPAYMENT:
- A total of 50% is required 39 days before arrival of booking
- A total of 100% is required 6 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays

NOTE: Any name changes due to the member not being the one traveling it will be an additional R500.

Do I need the whole amount available in my wallet
You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT
Can I pay cash upfront?
Yes, you can pay cash upfront. Even if you have the full, or partial amount in your travel wallet, if you choose to you may pay for your trip entirely with case, sent to us by EFT
Can I get a refund if I can't make my trip?
Yes, a full or partial refund may be applicable to you if you are no longer able to make your trip. An important note: Whether you can be refunded, and how much you can be refunded, depends on the terms and conditions of the travel package and accommodation where you have booked.
Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
