All rooms at The Point are equipped with air conditioning, a wardrobe, a safe and electric kettle. The modern bathrooms provide free toiletries. Guests can enjoy views of the ocean and Mossel Bay's Tidal Pool.
Featuring dramatic ocean and rock views, The Point Hotel & Spa offers guests unlimited drinks, snacks and meals. Meals are served at the onsite Lighthouse Restaurant offering seafood dishes, buffet meals and a la carte menu options, all prepared with local ingredients.
Guests have unrestricted access to Nirvana Spa which offers a variety of beauty and body treatments. The spa has 4 treatment rooms, a Jacuzzi and a steam room.
Activities in the surrounding area include hiking up to the historic St. Blaize Lighthouse and the natural cave and golf at Mossel Bay Golf Club, 1.9 mi away from the hotel. For the brave at heart, close by are professionally run sky diving and bungee jumping outfits. Shopping in town is a few minutes drive.
The hotel is just a 30-minute drive away from George Airport.

- Family Room/Suite takes 4 people. Only select number of dates not people.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in time is between 14h00 - 22h30
- Check out time is by 10h30
- Requests for early arrival or late check out must be made directly with the Hotel
- Every effort will be made to accommodate the request however the Hotel reserves the right to levy an additional charge to accommodate different check-in /out times.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The member has the right to cancel a booking but the following penalties will apply:
- Between 47 and 31 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 50% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
- Between 30 and 0 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 100% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
- No shows will be charged for in full.
PEAK SEASON:
- Between 90 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 100% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
PREPAYMENT:
- You'll be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation
- A total of 100% is required 30 days before arrival of booking, but 100% payment is required 90 days before arrival of booking in Peak Season.
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children 14 and above are considered adults at this property.
Crib and extra bed policies
There's no capacity for cribs at this property.
This property doesn't offer extra beds.
NOTE: Name change on the booking can be done for an additional R500 should the member not travel with.

Do I need the whole amount available in my wallet
You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT

Yes, a full or partial refund may be applicable to you if you are no longer able to make your trip. An important note: Whether you can be refunded, and how much you can be refunded, depends on the terms and conditions of the travel package and accommodation where you have booked.
Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
