CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:

  • Check-in time is between 14:00 to 00:00
  • Later check-ins are not a problem, but to avoid being treated as a "no show" guests must please advise us so that necessary arrangements can be made.
  • Check-out is by 11:00 on day of departure. Any late departures can be arranged and will be based on availability.

CANCELLATION:

All changes to the original booking must be received in writing via email

All cancellations must be done in writing by an e-mail. If a booking is cancelled, the following costs will apply
  • If cancelled after reservation you will be charged 20% of the total price
  • If cancelled 8-30 days before arrival date 50% of total price will be charged
  • A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for guaranteed reservations that fail to arrive or bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival

Peak Season
Should the reservation be cancelled less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival, should you fail to arrive on the day, or should an in-house guest check out prior to the guaranteed departure date, the hotel has the right to charge the full value of the accommodation or part thereof, depending on the occupancy and availability of the rooms on the night/s in question, unless the hotel will have been able to resell the room
  • 90-61 days prior to arrival: 20% Cancellation fees
  • 60-31 days prior to arrival: 50% Cancellation fees
  • 30-00 days prior to arrival: 100% Cancellation fees

PREPAYMENT:

You'll be charged a prepayment of 20% of the total price after reservation
  • A total of 50% is required 30 days before arrival of booking
  • A total of 100% is required 7 days before arrival of booking
  • 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays

Crib and extra bed policies
  • 0 to under the age of 2 years: complimentary stay in a cot – only 1 cot per room
  • Children 2 – 11 years can share with 2 adults in the Studio Deluxe or 1 Bedroom Apartment. Only 1 extra bed per room. Extra bed child rate applies, subject to availability
  •  Children 12 – 18 years can share with 2 adults in the Studio Deluxe or 1 Bedroom Apartment. Only 1 extra bed per room. Extra bed adult rate applies, subject to availability

Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

1 crib or 1 extra bed available on request. All cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.

NOTE: Any name changes due to the member not being the one traveling it will be an additional R500.

You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT

No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
