The Maslow Hotel, Sandton offers conference and meeting facilities, and a wedding venue is available on site. Other facilities include the manicured garden and a transit lounge available for early arrivals and late departure guests. The secure transit lounge is fitted with TV’s and shower facilities and light refreshments are available.
You can dine at The Lacuna Bistro where an à la carte breakfast is served in addition to lunch and dinner, with a variety of sea food and South African wine. The Lacuna Bar serves comfort food and alcoholic beverages and there is a private dining option available.
The Hotel offers complimentary shuttles to the Gautrain Sandton Station, 1 km away and Sandton City Shopping Centre which 1.2 km from the property. It departs from the Hotel every 15 minutes. Wanderers Cricket Stadium is 12 minutes away by car. The tour desk can arrange local excursions.

- Check out time is by 10h00
- Requests for early arrival or late check out must be made directly with the Hotel
- Every effort will be made to accommodate the request however the Hotel reserves the right to levy an additional charge to accommodate different check-in /out times.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The member has the right to cancel a booking but the following penalties will apply:
- Bookings cancelled are subject to a 10% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 32+ days prior to the arrival date.
- Bookings cancelled are subject to a 100% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 0-31 days prior to the arrival date.
- No Shows and Early Departures are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
PREPAYMENT:
- A total of 100% is required 30 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children of any age are welcome.
Children aged 18 years and above are considered adults at this property.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

NOTE: Name change on the booking can be done for an additional R500 should the member not travel with.

Do I need the whole amount available in my wallet
You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT

Yes, you can pay cash upfront. Even if you have the full, or partial amount in your travel wallet, if you choose to you may pay for your trip entirely with case, sent to us by EFT
Can I get a refund if I can't make my trip?
Yes, a full or partial refund may be applicable to you if you are no longer able to make your trip. An important note: Whether you can be refunded, and how much you can be refunded, depends on the terms and conditions of the travel package and accommodation where you have booked.
Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
