The modern rooms and apartments are decorated in warm colors and have an private bathroom. The apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious seating area with a flat-screen TV and a dining area.
In the mornings, guests can choose between a full English breakfast, or a range of Continental dishes. Several shops, boutique stores and restaurants are located in Sandton, a 5-minute drive away by car.
The rooms at the Capital 20 West are cleaned daily, and free laundry and ironing services are available upon request. Free on site parking is available. A scheduled complimentary shuttle service is available from the hotel to the Gautrain Sandton Station and Nelson Mandela Square.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:

- Check-in time is between 14h00 - 23h30
- Check out time is by 10h00
- Requests for early arrival or late check out must be made directly with the Hotel
- Every effort will be made to accommodate the request however the Hotel reserves the right to levy an additional charge to accommodate different check-in /out times.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The member has the right to cancel a booking but the following penalties will apply:
- Between 19 and 14 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 20% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
- Between 13 and 0 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 100% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
- No shows will be charged for in full.
PREPAYMENT:
- You'll be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after reservation
- A total of 100% is required 30 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children 12 and above are considered adults at this property.

Crib and extra bed policies
- There's no capacity for cribs at this property.
This property doesn't offer extra beds.
NOTE: Name change on the booking can be done for an additional R500 should the member not travel with.

Do I need the whole amount available in my wallet
You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT

Yes, you can pay cash upfront. Even if you have the full, or partial amount in your travel wallet, if you choose to you may pay for your trip entirely with case, sent to us by EFT
Can I get a refund if I can't make my trip?
Yes, a full or partial refund may be applicable to you if you are no longer able to make your trip. An important note: Whether you can be refunded, and how much you can be refunded, depends on the terms and conditions of the travel package and accommodation where you have booked.
Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
