IMPORTANT TO NOTE WHEN BOOKING:
- This is a Villa and takes up to 8 Adults. Price is per night for the place.
- Once booked a R10 000 breakage refundable deposit needs to be paid and its refunded within 48 hours after check-out.

- Check-in time is between 14h00 - 18h00
- Check out time is by 10h00
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The member has the right to cancel a booking but the following penalties will apply:
- Between 47 and 31 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 50% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
- Between 30 and 0 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 100% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
- No shows will be charged for in full.
PREPAYMENT:
- A total of 100% is required 18 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
